Benitos Brick Oven Specialties

Benito's Brick Oven features traditional Italian pasta dishes, pizzas baked in our wood-fired brick oven, and some dishes that we made up ourselves. Feast your eyes! Lean closer - you can almost smell them!

These are some of the special dishes that we prepare. We have a large menu so you're sure to find something you like.

Benito's Lover's Pizza

Pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, onions,
green peppers, and mozzarella
baked in a wood-fired brick oven.

Vegetarian Pizza

Black olives, spinich, roasted peppers,
artichoke hearts, and mozzarella baked
in a wood-fired brick oven.

Lasagna

Ground beef, tomatoe sauce,
Mozzarella, and ricotta cheese.

Sausage Contadina

Italian sausage with onion,
green peppers, mushrooms, and a
marinara sauce, served over rigatoni.

Mozzarella Capresse

Buffalo mozzarella, sliced tomatoes,
topped with roasted peppers, basil, garlic,
balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

Veal Scaloppini

Veal in a white wine mushroom
sauce, served over pasta.

Veal Saltimboca

Veal cutlet topped with prosciutto
& fresh mozzarella, cooked
in a marsala wine sauce.
